PwC appoints director in Manchester lead advisory team

Jamie Peel joins the Big Four firm from Zeus Capital where, as a corporate finance director, he was responsible for executing complex M&A transactions

PwC has announced the appointment of Jamie Peel to the role of director in its Manchester lead advisory team, in a further investment in its deals practice

Peel will lead the firm’s special situations and restructuring M&A offering across the North of England, working as an integrated part of PwC’s national team in the area. 

He joins the Big Four firm from Zeus Capital where, as a corporate finance director, he was responsible for executing complex M&A transactions covering a range of sectors and transaction types. 

Bringing over 10 years of experience working in deals, Peel is also a specialist in public company M&A and takeover code transactions advising boards, bidders and vendors on a variety of high profile takeover, reverse takeover and bolt on M&A.
