Bishop Fleming announces Plymouth partner promotion

Bishop Fleming has announced the partner promotion of accountancy director John Speak, as the firm continues to drive growth in Plymouth and across the South West. 

Speak, who has trained with the firm and risen through the management structure, brings “considerable” experience working with businesses throughout the region and will offer a high level of strategic advice, technical accounting knowledge and expertise. 

His promotion also aligns with continued growth for Bishop Fleming and echoes the success of the firm, which has recorded another year of double-digit growth and revenue of over £43m. 

As a result, the firm is focussing on an “ambitious” growth target across the Midlands and South West, with several partner hires coming into the firm in 2024.
