Gildernew and Co appoints new director to account and tax division

Accountancy and business advisory provider Gildernew and Co has recently announced the promotion of Lyndsey Mulgrew to the role of director in the accounts and tax division. 

The promotion reflects Mulgrew’s “outstanding” contributions to the firm and underscores the firm’s commitment to recognising and nurturing talent within the business. 

She initially joined the firm in February 2022, and during this time she has demonstrated “exceptional dedication, leadership and expertise” in advising owner managed businesses on their growth journey. 

Her knowledge and experience in working with clients in the UK and Ireland tax regimes, her experience in helping clients achieve the optimum business structure, and her straightforward approach to working with business owners and their teams have helped cement her position as one of the firm’s “lead” client advisors.

In her new role as director, she will play a key role in strategic planning and business development, helping to shape the future direction of the business. She will also continue her mentorship role with trainees, with a focus on training and quality.
