Xeinadin acquires three new accountancy firms
The move brings its total of acquisitions to 23 in the past two years alone
Xeinadin has acquired three prominent accountancy practices in the South of England: Marden and Co, Mackenzies Accountants Limited and TaxAgility. The move brings its total of acquisitions to 23 in the past two years alone.
It comes as a recent Xeinadin survey of 1,000 SMEs found that the South of England was a “hotspot” for small business growth, with 52% of SMEs in London and the South reporting revenue rises in the past 12 months.
In light of this, the firm said it is now “tapping into the South as a thriving hub for SME growth”.
The teams at the three firms – Marden and Co based in Surrey, Mackenzies on the Isle of Wight and TaxAgility in Richmond, London – will continue to operate under the leadership of the companies’ managing directors.
